At Jungle Phool, every piece is crafted with care through thoughtful production processes and artisan craftsmanship.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags must remain attached.

  • Item must be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns submitted without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Store Credit Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Processing may take 7–10 business days.

Jungle Phool does not offer cash refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement or store credit.

Handcrafted Products

Many Jungle Phool products are handmade and may feature:

  • Slight print variations

  • Minor fabric inconsistencies

  • Natural design irregularities

These characteristics are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Selected handcrafted products

  • Gift cards

Sale Items

All sale and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Store Credit Validity

Approved store credit:

  • Remains valid for 365 days.

  • Equals the product value excluding shipping charges.

  • Is non-transferable.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Reverse pickup is not available.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any customs duties or fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Information

  • Orders ship within 24–48 hours.

  • India delivery: 2–7 working days.

  • New Zealand delivery: 8–10 working days.

  • Tracking information is shared after dispatch.

  • Free shipping available on eligible orders.
